1 (1) 吸气 缓慢并深深地按"quot;1****4"quot;吸气,约4秒种使空气充满胸部。呼吸应均匀、舒适而有节奏。 (2) 抑制呼吸 把空气吸入后稍加停顿。感到轻松、舒适、不憋气。 (3) 呼气 要自然而然地,慢慢地把肺底的空气呼出来。此时,肩膀、胸,直至隔肌等都感到轻松舒适。在呼吸时还要想象着将紧张徐徐地被驱除了出来。注意放松的节拍和速度。
